If you haven´t done so already, please go to your PayPal-account and transfer the payment to the seller. PayPal buyer protection fees are included in the price.
2. I have already paid, but the seller is not responding
If the seller is not showing signs of life, you can claim your money back via PayPal. You should at least wait 48 hrs. before claiming your money back. Please consider that most Knobcloud-users are not professional sellers.
3. How long does it take for the seller to transfer the license?
This depends not only on the seller, but also on the developer, who has to process the transfer request of the seller. The processing time of the developer may vary; it usually takes less than a week. It is important that you communicate well and politely with the seller. Please ask him/her if you are in doubt about the details of the transfer.
4. The seller is offering me an unregistered license
If the seller is offering you an unregistered license, we advise not to take it, claim your money back via the PayPal buyer protection and inform us under firstname.lastname@example.org. The reason we do not allow unregistered licenses to be sold is that they are often not meant to be resold, because they were given away for free or as part of a promotion, a purchase or a magazine.
5. Accidental purchase
If you bought this item accidentally and want out of the contract, please contact the seller and inform him about it. Please note that accidental buys can be a reason for being excluded from this platform. If a buyer is excluded or not will be decided by the administration team.
1. Payment has not arrived yet.
If your Item has not been paid for and one hour has transpired since the purchase, you are technically within your right to republish your item and give the buyer a bad rating. However we advise to always communicate politely with the buyer first; he may have a reason for the delayed payment. It is up to you how long you want to wait before you call the deal off and republish the item.
2. The deal was cancelled - how to republish
Go to “My Account”-“My items”, click “show sold”, mark the item in question and click on republish. Choose the thumbs down to indicate that the deal was cancelled.
3. General advise
Please always communicate politely with the buyer. Let him know when you have requested a transfer. It is a good idea to include him in CC if you are submitting a transfer request via email.
